Amped Up Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Wilderness Family Naturals organic mayonnaise
- 2 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Wilderness Family Naturals Coco Monkey organic sweetener
- 1/2 small head savoy cabbage
- 1 large celery rib
- 1/2 cup carrot
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, ancho chili powder, and sweetener in a large bowl.
- Shred or finely chop the cabbage.
- Chop the celery rib.
- Grate the carrot.
- Add cabbage, celery, and carrot to the dressing mixture and toss to coat.
- Add kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving, tossing occasionally.
