Fruity Popsicles
Keep cool and healthy with these light and refreshing popsicles. They're easy to make using an ice cube tray if you don't have a popsicle mold handy, and you can even blend them up to drink as a slush if you prefer something to sip!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh fruit
- 1 cup coco vitae water or decaf green tea
- 1 Tblsp honey
- 1 Tblsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or Vita-Mix®
- Pour into ice cube trays and place in freezer until just set, about 30 minutes.
- Place popsicle sticks in the cubes.
- Return them to the freezer until firm.
- Unmold and enjoy!
