These melt-in-your-mouth chocolates are a sweet sensation - without any added sugar! Check the links for suggestions on finding a few of the key ingredients, and be sure to have your silicone cups ready and a clear space in your freezer before you begin.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Cacao butter (weigh out 4 oz)
  • ½ Cup Coconut milk
  • ¼ Cup Coconut syrup (Wilderness Family Naturals)
  • 1/3 Cup + 2 Tblsps Cacao powder
  • 1 Tblsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • 5 drops Butterscotch flavoring (Medicine Flower)
  • 2 drops vanilla flavoring (Medicine Flower)
  • 1 ¼ Cup chopped nuts (cold)

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, gently melt butter with milk over low heat. 
  2. Turn off heat, add syrup and whisk together. 
  3. Mix all other ingredients - except nuts - together in medium sized bowl. 
  4. Add heated butter mixture to the bowl and whisk until incorporated. 
  5. Add nuts and mix until incorporated and the mixture thickens. 
  6. Spoon into silicone cups and freeze.
