Delish Salmon or Tuna Marinade
A fish dish can be impressive and delicious, yet surprisingly simple to make. It all begins with an exciting marinade! Try pairing your salmon or tuna with a side salad or marinated asparagus with heart of palm.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Tamari
- ¼ cup dry sherry (such as Sandeman Don Fino)
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tblsp lemon juice
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 3 Tblsp EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish or bowl.
- Marinate your fish of choice meat side down for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Grill fish 12 minutes on each side over medium heat. If you prefer less rare meat or more rare meat, change the cooking time.
